Like increasing trends in invisalign and teeth whitening, more than 55 million cosmetic surgery type procedures will be done in 2015. This is forcasted from a reputable source: Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery®, the official medical journal of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
This will more than quadruple the amount of procedures performed in recent years. Fueling this growth is a number of factors, including direct to consumer ads, as well as advances in treatments. In cosmetic dentistry, expect to see increases in teeth whitening, veneers and other processes.
